Political Advertising No More On Twitter

Twitter,a famous social networking website,have decided to ban and remove all political advertising from their site worldwide.This is so to prevent using their website as a platform to spread misinformation particularly or specifically on political purposes.



But some have doubted if this move and decision is effective for Facebook,a famous social networking website also do not agree to the move and plan. According to Facebook they will not hinder someone's voice to speak using social networking website as platform to be heard and express oneself.

"But social media behemoth Facebook looks unlikely to follow Twitter's lead,with CEO Mark Zuckerberg holding to his line that he would let political figures speak freely,and count on voters to judge truthfulness. However,US President Donald Trump's 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale said that Twitter decision will loose "hundreds of millions of dollars". But Twitter said their decision was base on principle and not on money and the move or decision will have only little effect or impact on their financial status.
