World Health
Organization(WHO) team who will study the COVID-19 origins and how it
contracted to humans in Wuhan China are facing entry problems in China like
visa problems and China is not giving the visit a priority. WHO Chief Dr.Tedros
Adhanom Ghebreyesus according to the news was very disappointed about China’s
action on the matter.
“Expressing dismay over the failure
of Chinese
administration to grant visas, WHO
Director-General Tedros Adhanom
Ghebreyesus said, “today, we learned that Chinese
officials have not yet finalized the necessary permissions for the team’s
arrival in China". “I’m very disappointed with this news, given that two members had
already begun their journeys and others were not able to travel at the last
minute, but had been in contact with senior Chinese officials,” he said while
addressing the media in Geneva.” (Independent)
The team according to the news is compose of experts from
Japan, Qatar, Germany, Vietnam, Russia ,Australia, Denmark, the Netherlands, UK and US.
The main point : World Health Organization or WHO team are in a struggle
in their entry to China to investigate and study COVID-19.
