Muntinlupa Philippines - The city of Muntinlupa in the Philippines have a new ordinance to its people and it is about the irritation of seeing people half-naked - most especially to men.The city want to stop this practice,particularly on men to stop men going around shirtless in public.
The ordinance is called "Anti-Half Naked";members of Philippine National Police,barangay officials and enforcers can arrest violators.
"The [ordinance] covers places such as roads,sidewalks,parks,and bridges.Those who will be caight will be fined P500 for the first offense,P1,000 for the second offense,and P1,500 for the third offense." (Jonathan M.Hicap/Manilla Bulletin/Cosmopolitan Philippines)
"Exemptions to the ordinance include activities with special permit issued by the city government,medical emergencies,indigenous people wearing ethnic clothes,public swimming pools,beaches,and rivers,and persons engaged in sports and sports activities."
