Recently, the Philippine actor Christopher De Leon was diagnosed positive of
COVID-19 or Coronavirus Disease 2019 which he confirmed after a test he undergo
upon feeling sick lately, as the news said.

ni Christopher,63, na nagpositibo siya sa COVID-19 noong Martes, March 17.”
(GMA Network) “The award-winning actor announced last Tuesday that he tested
positive for COVID-19, amid a pandemic that has put the Philippines under a
state of calamity and the entire Luzon in lockdown.” (ABS-CBN News)
According to
the actor, as in the news, that he has no recent travel history and have no contact
with anyone having the virus. But according to him because of the nature of his
work being an entertainer or a TV and film actor, he have interacted or contact
with many people and he ask those whom he have contact with to cooperate with
the government about the COVID-19 for contact tracing and to do self-quarantine
and observe what the Department of Health said regarding the COVID-19 and the
prevention of it.
“However, due
to the nature of my work in the entertainment business, I have interacted with
many people. I therefore ask anyone who has come in contact me within the last
week or two to observe stringent self-quarantine, observe for symptoms and
follow the triage procedures published by the DOH, whether asymptomatic or not.
Please cooperate with the authorities in their contact tracing efforts. My wife
Sandy, daughter Mica & our kasambahay are in self quarantine at home. “(Christopher
