A Christian pastor who defies not
to congregate or have mass gatherings and observe social distancing because of
COVID-19 died of COVID-19 on Saturday – April 11,2020 – or before Easter
Sunday.
Before he died he said that he
strongly and firmly believe that God is greater than the disease coronavirus disease:
“ I firmly believe that God is larger than this dreaded virus. You can quote me
on that.”
“ A Virginia pastor who defied
warnings about the danger of religious gatherings during the pandemic and vowed
to keep preaching “unless I’m in jail or the hospital” died over the weekend

The prominent evangelical pastor
who prefer to defy and died because of his defiance is Bishop Gerald O. Glenn. He
is the founder and leader of the New Deliverance Evangelic Church in North
Chesterfield Virginia.
“Bishop Gerald Glenn,66, founder
and leader since 1995 of the New Deliverance Evangelic Church in Chesterfield, was
the first black chaplain of that community’s police department and was a police
officer before becoming a pastor,the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported Sunday.”

His wife, Marcietia Glenn, have
also the virus or also positive of COVID-19.
