Nature plus urban – that is urban nature living.
It is a kind of living that is close to commercial
public places, offices and many people and at the same time close to nature.
“Most of the time when people think about nature, they
think of places untouched by humans. “Nature” is often considered something
that exists far away from cities. In reality, the division between nature and
city is blurry. There is nature all around the city even inside our homes.”
(National Geographic)
We can never escape our needs for nature for our
well-being. For how can we live in an urban area or urban place that has no
even one tree surrounding it?
Urban nature living is also good rather than living in
a remote rural area because the access for daily necessities and needs is just
near us or just a few walks from our house than spending time walking or
travelling from rural areas just to get to commercial centers like markets, malls,
office, etc.
“Writers, philosophers, and naturalists have praised
the benefits of nature for human health, happiness, and well-being for
centuries, but only relatively recently have researchers begun studying and
quantifying the complex relationship between human health and nature.” (Urban
Nature For Human Health And Well-Being/fs usda)
