Philippines- Today’s pageants
either male or female is no longer exclusive for non-gays lest nowadays it
become discriminatory and homophobic if it does the exclusiveness. Recently the
concluded Miss Universe Philippines 2021 prove that even though one is gay one can
get the coveted crown wherein the latest winner and crowned Miss Universe Philippines
2021 is a gay candidate which is the first gay winner for the pageant. She is a
lesbian gay involved on same-sex relationship from Cebu city and proud member
of LGBT community. She is Beatrice Luigi Gomez. Aside from the coveted crown
she also won the best in swimsuit and best in evening gown. She also got the
Miss Cream Silk and Miss Luxxe ImmunPlus Game Changer. She is 26 years old and
an advocate of Gender Sensitivity And Awareness.
Beatrice will represent the
country at the coming latest installment of Miss Universe or will represent the
Philippines for Miss Universe 2021.The Miss Universe 2021 pageant will be held
at Eilat Israel on the coming December this year 2021.
