Who Are The Black-Eyed People?

Some people have been reporting sightings and personal encounters with a man or men with pure black eyes without any pupil, iris, and sclera or white thing in the eyes but completely and entirely black eyes. With their encounters with men with pure black eyes, they experienced and felt dread, fear, and a sense of evil or bad from pure black eyes men they encounter.

Are they are really true? An alien? Or whatever beings? Or they are just normal human beings wearing only a black eye lens on their eyes, and people they met or meet just misinterpret them in fear because of their unusual eyes or because of their pure black eyes? There are still no evidence yet to prove their real identity but only reported sightings and personal encounters with them.
