Models Or Gates To Entrepreneurship

 Before embarking to the gates or models of Entrepreneurship,to the newbies,what is Entrepreneurship anyway?

Entrepreneurship is an activity or act and movement or move of such idea or ideas into execution or reality through and within the circle of business industry.Simply,making ideas into a business reality and guarding its realism.And the person who does this is called "Entrepreneur".

Now what are the gates or models to this activity or movement?

Models is what represent this activity or movement; "gates" is somewhat "into"

"Gates to Entrepreneurship" means "Into this Entrepreneurship"; "Models" is similarly like that - "into".

Based on a book entitled, "Entrepreneurship: The Four-Gate Model" by Josiah Go,Chiqui Escareal-Go and Calel Gosingtian - there are "Four" into the "Intos".

They are (1) Preparation (2) Marketing (3) Execution, and (4) Self-Leadership.

And at each Four Models or Gates there are (1) Tensions (2) Pitfalls,and (3) Solutions.

(1) PREPARATION - In this model or gate Entrepreneurs meets the (1) Tensions of (a) Perfectionism and (b) Impulsiveness; the (2) Pitfalls of (a) Pace Paradox ; and the (3) Solutions of (a) Action-oriented validation.

(2)MARKETING - In this model or gate Entrepreneurs meets the (1) Tensions of (a) Overpromising and (b) Undercommunicating; the (2) Pitfalls of (a) Credibility Erosion; and the (3) Solutions of (a) Authentic communication.

(3) EXECUTION - In this model or gate Entrepreneurs meets the (1) Tensions of (a) Micromanagement and (b) Neglect; the (2) Pitfalls of (a) Control Trap; and the (3) Solutions of (a) Trust-Based Leadership.

(4) SELF-LEADERSHIP - In this model or gate Entrepreneurs meets the (1) Tensions of (a) Self-criticism and (b) Complacency;the (2) Pitfalls of (a) Burnout Spiral; and the (3) Solutions of (a) Continous Growth Mindset

If you are a budding Entrepreneur,according to the book I mentioned earlier,the "Four(4)"  "gates" or "models" are what such people will encounter and experienced.

Entrepreneurship is making Business "BY" and "THROUGH" the "IDEAS" and "PLAN FOR IT".The Four Gates are just "Entrances"; similarly, the Four Models are just "What You Are".
