Mistaken Identity

Japan - A man on his 40s was mistakenly to be dead by his wife and his family which only corrected when he appear to be alive on his family.

The dead body that was mistakenly identified is the body of a man on his 30s which was missing.His dead body was found in a river where he was drowned which is the cause of his death.
