The Camouflaging Coronavirus

Recent findings show that COVID-19 or novel coronavirus has been using a camouflage trick to fool cells so that it could enter in it. The cells then accept without even recognizing it is foreign thinking that it is part of it.

The coronavirus produces an enzyme which scientists called “nsp16” which it uses to fool and trick the cells. Thus, the immune system of the body has no reaction and resistance which make the coronavirus enter the cells of the body.

Upon the discovery of the trick and camouflaging activity of the coronavirus, the scientists now know how to develop an antiviral drug medication for COVID-19.The developed drug will inhibit or stop the virus from producing the enzyme which it uses to fool and trick the cells and uses it as a camouflage.
