Plans for first
sustainable city on planet Mars has been recently unveiled with ABIBOO – an
architectural firm- have the design and plan.
The city or the habitat is
composed of five cities wherein the capital is called “Nuwa”. It is an enclosed
human and plant or agricultural habitat where food is plant-based and oxygen
comes from plants. It has houses, offices, and green spaces. Energy comes from
solar panels.
The habitat will be built
on the side of cliff in order to protect inhabitants from the planet’s
atmospheric pressure and radiation. Mars surface is not habitable and
hospitable because of lethal radiation on it and with only little percentage of
oxygen. Thus the habitat is built vertically on the side of a cliff and not on
the horizontal surface of Mars.
Construction of the first
sustainable city on planet Mars will begin on year 2054 and by year 2100 humans
can already live on it.
