Boxing is one of famous sports
in the world wherein athletes also become famous such as the world’s boxing
champion Manny Pacquiao but recently he announced officially on his Facebook
account that he will already retire on his boxing career to give way for his
pursuit to become the president of his own country or to be a Philippine
president. He will run for the position on the coming 2022 Philippine election.
He says thank you for all his
fans and for the sports boxing for all what he calls “wonderful memories” and
he admit it is the hardest decision he ever made but he said he is “at peace”
with his decision. He also said he heard the bell ring that boxing is over and
never thought this day will come where he will hang up his boxing gloves.
