I you feeling sluggish go for your mood lifters like going out in nature,
relaxing on bed or whatever that lifts your mood when feeling sluggish or weak.
10.Change your environment.

and new inspiration or motivation. For example, change the position or look of
your room or study room and this new look or position can give you a fresh feeling

11.Remember one’s “WHY?”.

have to achieve it or accomplish it or get it. This is the reason for your
goal. Yup it is asking a question – “Why is all this important to you?”
