Do you have a goal and want a boost to motivate yourself? The following tips could help boost your motivation.


1.Put to a calendar your goal or put on the calendar your goal. This can give you boost and track your progress. Having a finish target date can give a boost and track a progress.


2.Make it part of normal activity and a good habit everyday. Include a small task on your normal activity. For example, if you drink coffee later you will do this and that.


3.Plan and anticipate obstacles and imperfection. Not everything will go as planned and we could not predict everything but one must be ready.


4.Break big goal into small ones to build or create momentum. Frequent small success on one’s goal could motivate.


5.Track or follow one’s progress. For example, a to-do list to check all what you have accomplish.


6.Reward oneself not for a big success but also for little or small wins or small success. For example, give yourself a gift for the success it can be a material or a treat.


7.Look, give and embrace for a positive peer pressure. Expert says this could not be bad if you conform or join as long as it is positive and can help you achieve your goal. Be pressure for a positive way and not on a negative way and this can give motivation and they will be your motivators for your goal to achieve.


8.Have a sense of gratitude. Thanks others and thanks oneself. This can give you a sense of motivation and peace.


9.Have a mood lifters. I you feeling sluggish go for your mood lifters like going out in nature, relaxing on bed or whatever that lifts your mood when feeling sluggish or weak.


10.Change your environment. Expert says change your environment or scenery that can give you fresh feeling and new inspiration or motivation. For example, change the position or look of your room or study room and this new look or position can give you a fresh feeling and a sense of new inspiration.


11.Remember one’s “WHY?”. Don’t forget “why?” you this and that. “Why?” you have that goal and “why?” you have to achieve it or accomplish it or get it. This is the reason for your goal. Yup it is asking a question – “Why is all this important to you?”
