The swampy veggie that nobody cares for and mistaken to be a water grass could be a hot snack in the world???That is the idea of a chef who invented that vegetable into a super hit snack...and in the world.The swampy veggie is called in Tagalog "Kangkong"

Kangkong is a typical crawling leafy thing on a swampy and watery ground or soil and can be seen anywhere else except on a dry land.

In an article about the chef who becomes a food writer of course if you like to invent recipes and love foods,one of these days you become a chef or a cook and a culinary expert writing about foods and recipes; it is being considered that the swampy  veggie is a water spinach by that chef or cook but can it be?Perhaps, to be considered exact, it is due to "loaded nutrients" in it to be mistaken to have just like spinach but kangkong is not exactly as it is a breed of spinach living in waters.Spinach is not a crawling veggie but kangkong is.Kangkong is just a water veggie to be mistaken  to be loaded with nutrients as perhaps people have notion to be in comparison to spinach.Kangkong is not a spinach actually nor a water spinach it is just a swampy vegetable fed by the nutrients on a watery ground it is a plant connected to "Sweet Potato" or so-called "Camote".Sweet potato is relative to kangkong but kangkong donot produce in-soil tubers.Kangkong never produces "tubers" but just a swampy veggie that also bear violet flowers.Sweet potato in other hand produces "tubers" and in similarly,like Garlic,Ginger,And onions.Furthermore,garlic,ginger,and onion are relatives of sweet potato as well as as "tuber-producing" vegetables most far away are carrots,white radish,and potato and other things.

The chef invented chips out of the kangkong plants thus now called "Kangkong Chips" and has a brand name "Kangkong King" or KKK as the chef loves "King Kong" and the animal "monkey".The "Kangkong Chips" snack as pertain to a news or news becomes a hit Filipino snack as compare to "potato chips", "banana chips", "cassava chips", and "corn chips (a.k.a. nacho chips)".It seems this newly invented chips or snack chips is planted to get off its feet and fly into different parts of the world similarly to "Potato chips" and "corn chips" but does he chef could do to fly it off HIGH?as their brand "Kangkong King" become no.1 and king of "favored kangkong" or per say to their website slogan as they said," creators of first flavored kangkong and best tasting kangkong chips."

The chef or cook name is Frank Gaw. They are making this inventions an alternative and option to "potato chips" and "corn chips" as signature chips of Filipinoi with promotions to global audience,but will they make it on tight competition with the world famous two chips snacks - potato and corn?

The kangkong chips have also similarly favors like potato chips and corn chips.

Whatever happens in the future with this invented chips venturing high into the global audience will "kangkong chip" ... and in the world? .."

But with, I know kangkong is not a spinach as much as one wants to believe.It is just a "water plant".Its leaves are not "super-powers" like or in comparison with spinach leaves "Popeye" eats its and became super water navy - but with... it is just a matter of belief???? ahaha...good luck anyway...
