Scrap Of Nuclear Pact

Russia - After the United Nations failed to vote in favor of the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF Treaty) which Russia support and the scrapping of it,Russia fear of a global conflict that will rise that "... may lead to an arm race and direct confrontation between several global regions....." The United States threaten to spurn the nuclear pact,according to Russian President Vladinir Putin,and refuse to hold talks  for another pact. For the United States said "... Moscow failed to  comply with it.." (Reuters)

The INF Treaty is the elimination of United States and Russia of their intermediate-marge and shorter-range missiles.It is a 1987 arms control agreement between United States and Russia or Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
