There is this mysterious phenomenon
that started year 2006 up to this time which is still left unanswered
and confirmed what it is even though some says it is just a hoax and a
marketing ploy for if it is so why me have familiarity also with the man and
have met before the man but I don’t remember whether I am asleep or awake and I
don’t have personal encounters at any manner to those who claimed they have
dream the man; wherein people claim to dream a same “man” on their respective
dreams.
It started as a website dedicated
to it, with a woman who consult with her psychiatrist that she repeatedly dreams
a man which she swears that she never met on her waking life. The doctor sketch
the “man” and the woman recognized it to be indeed the “man” she saw in her
dreams.
The woman was followed by another
male patient which he also claimed that he saw the “man’ in his dreams. Then it
followed by many all around the world and the website dedicated to it, claim to
be at least 2,000 people.
They were all referring to the
“Man” as “This Man”; thus the “Man” they have similarly dream become popular by
the phrase “This Man”.
“From January 2006 until today, at
least 2000 people have claimed they have seen this man in their dreams in many
cities all over the world: Los Angeles, Berlin, Sao Paolo, Tehran, Beijing, Rome,
Barcelona, Stockholm, Paris, New Delhi, Moskow, etc.” (This Man)
The dedicated site – thisman.org –
have a question: “Ever Dream This Man?”

This Man, according to a hoax website created in 2008 by Italian marketer Andrea Natella named Ever Dreamed This Man, was a person who was claimed to have been repeatedly seen in dreams by the whole world since 2006, but was never found in real life. Natella created the site in 2008, but it was not until October 2009 that it gained attention from the press and online internet users. This Man's notoriety spawned several internet memes that spoofed flyers of the website, references in films and television shows like The X-Files, and a manga series based on the hoax by Weekly Shōnen Magazine. In 2010, Natella confirmed that This Man was a hoax that was part of a guerilla marketing stunt; some sources claimed it was meant to promote a film of the same name by Bryan Bertino and Ghost House Pictures that never came into fruition.
