IZULAT Life : Learn To Appreciate What You Have

It is unavoidable that one time in our lives we felt envious and insecure to others because of what they have and what they have achieved in their lives; we want also be like them.

The result of envy and insecurity is we felt sad,lonely,depress,and frustrated in our lives; we self-pity ourselves and compare ourselves to those we envious of because of what they have and what they have achieved in their lives.

Thus it is not a healthy mindset for it leads us into depression and frustration.

The best to fight off envy and insecurity is to learn to appreciate what  you have or what one's have.

It is not wrong to covet,to desire and to want something ; there is nothing wrong about it. It is such sometimes our envy and insecurity leads to an unhealthy mindset which bring us into sadness,depression, and frustration.Thus, leading us into unhappy life.Who wants to be  lonely,sad,and unhappy anyway?

Yes,the best to fight off envy and insecurity is to learn to appreciate what you have so that you will be happy and fulfilled in your life.

Yes,it is not wrong to felt envious and insecure for it is understandable in our system being human but to feed it always can bring you into an unhappy life.Do you want to be unhappy anyway in your life?

But in the end,it is up to you what you want in your life
