RAMEN -It is like "Mami" in the Philippines but it is a Japanese cuisine similar to it,with noodles that is quick-cooking and with broth or soup (sabaw),meat and vegetables.
But "Tsukemen" is a ramen which noodles and soup are separated but you would not eat the noodles anf soup combine you just dip the noodles on the soup or the hot savory soup before you eat or that is what you eat it.
"Tsukemen" also called "Dipping Ramen Noodles" and it is popular all over the world as the internet feeds and serve on ramen shops.But "tsukemen" noodles has cold noodles served as said.Then you will dip it into the hot savory soup and also with sauce.
In Ramen Ron restaurant in Manila their chefs wete challenge to make one.It is a collaboration of their chefs Tamura Hiroyuki and Jorge Mendez.Their Tsukemen" is "Ramen Ron X Modam Tsukemen Set " or "Tori Gyokai Tsukemen".
Their "Tsukemen" is compose of : "...thick noodles topped with special pork chashu,menma,ramen egg and nori served with a pork "silky fowl" and bonito- flavored dipping broth with steamef gyoza-served with Karai Karaage,with Tsukemono-spicy fried chicken bun with Japanese pickles (cucumber,daiken radish amd onions) -as a side dish.."(philippine daily inquirer lifestyle food)
